Peace to end all Peace's AAR Choices

I'm ready to start an AAR again, and I was going to use the mod "A Peace to End All Peaces" and I was wondering who you guys wanted me to play as. The idea of the scenario is that WW I was never fought, but we have WW II technology.

Interesting choices in my opinion would be Napoleonic France or Tsarist Russia, with Japan, Kaiser Germany, or Italy rounding out the top 5
