Do we know what happens to your governors if you try to recruit more governors than you have cities?

Also, Indonesia would make a good contender for OCC, with the right map.

Ghandi might also be a good choice, since stepwells (up to 12 extra I think) would get you housing and his LUA could be a great source of faith.

You can have only one of each type of alliance, so you will get only one cultural alliance and 5 alliances total.

Aww, that sucks! Didn't know that. That does put a bit of a damper on the potential for great people points from diplomacy.

I believe I have seen reference to governors being in an "unassigned" state. And we know there is a spy mission to remove them from a city. This would definitely be important though to confirm for sure. I'm thinking you'd want to switch from Magnus for early game, to Pingala for midgame, to Reyna for late game.
