Peacemonger PBEM

Okay, based on previous PBEMs I've been in I have the following suggestions.

1)When we know what order we are playing in, start playing, the first person names the game Peacemongers1.sav and it goes from player to player, the last player on the list renames it Peacemongers2.sav and send it back to the first player. The last player will be the one who adds the next turn on each time he finishes. That makes confusion less.

2) When you finish your turn, mail it to the next player, then come to this thread and post a turn report... at least consisting of "turn to ____next player" and any more info you care to share. Of course Toasty won't be able to do that for a while...

3) Everyone should try to get at least one turn in a day. Nothing sucks more than the email where someone is like "Who has the turn?"

arg! for some reason mass regicide was on even though it was unchecked... time to go through the measures again!

Shouldn't I be last (if it isn't already set up) as I have a time difference of + 9:30 all of you are at least -5:00

Thats a 14.5 hour difference !!!!!
 
hm... I didn't think of that... well I guess it's not a bad idea considering I have to restart again anyway (this time regicide was off, but so was accellerated production)

So what is the turn order?

Given time zones I reccommend:

1 - Hygro
2 - Toasty
3 - Sultan Bhargash *
4 - cgannon64 *
5 - sween32 *
6 - Elden

* are all in same time zone so can be swapped around
 
It seems that the new game starts with the previous games settings! Since I've figured it out it should work this time (I had good start locations too >.<)
 
The order has been redone on the front page, although I set the players up before you mentioned to fix everything for toasty, so toasty is lumped with all the easterners (1 hour off aint so bad anyway)

The game is on to Sultan!

:hmm: I'd send the game to Toasty, but I don't have his email! Plus he's banned...;)

So I guess we can call it a night for that reason. Now, tell me, what's the official call about the war or no war clause? Is is absolute pacifism, or just war is frowned upon, or what? :confused:

You guys have dont a lot since I left for the hockey game. I will be a definite lurker for this PBEM. And since all of you are on for at least 5 hours (each) a day, I expect at least a turn a day ;)

Too bad my team lost 5-1. Oh well. GO SWEEN32!! Power to the B's!

I mean Celts...:p
 
My immidiate start location was good, and because I didn't look at the minimap, what seemed to be beyond a mountain range looked like flood plains (as a river was there), but turned out to be TUNDRA! At least I have gold on one of the mountains...
 
@Gannon- I think we decided to turn off domination and conquest victory conditions and was is there if you need it.
