This is a typo / style issue rather than a computer bug. But typos are a type of bug. This is minor, but since I noticed it in R&F, I think it's been around and gone unfixed from the release.
Pedro II's name appears as "Pedro Ii"
also... this is inconsistent with other leaders with numerals in their names, such as Alexander II or Cleopatra VII. Perhaps just "Pedro" would be fine, but otherwise, certainly "II" rather than "Ii"
