I like the uniformity of the smallest city size. Reminds me of both the excavated ruins & the reconstructions of Harrapan cities. Your layout seems quite appropriate for a Chalcolithic Era civ if not later eras. Keep up the good work.

The think about cities...perception is reality. I think that the little square clay houses is what most people think about when making a vision about ancient mesopotamians.

I think they also work alright for Egyptian cities. I prefer to check Egypt as a eastern culture. With 5 cultures you have to combine somewhere!

I think they are not too far away from the Egyptian flavor.
