I rejig the sliders to go 100% research, spy points and culture aren't important at this stage.
The troops are moved to Mongolia ready for the new war.
Electricity arrives and is replaced by Radio.
I declare on Genghis (he won't actually talk to me so have to alt-click).
Sitting Bull is his vassal, so we have double war.
I stole Artillery and Fascism from Ramesses and sent the spies to Zara as he has Industrialism.
I took 5 Genghis cities and stopped at Radio coming in. Mass Media is 6 turns
We are 62% pop and 55% land. This should see us through. Watch we don't hit domination though.
When we hit Mass Media, switch Kish (our biggest hammer city) to UN straight away. We spawned a prophet, who I have sent here for the extra hammers.
Genghis will capitulate, which essentially will win us the game vis conquest. I'm happy to do that if we don't want to play the UN out.

UN is fine for me. If we are in peace turns don't take that long.
If we stay the UN course, we should get peace with genghis (not capitulation) pretty soon.
If we stay on the warpath, just raze cities. We'll probably go over the dom threshhold in any case, so gift away cities when we are close.

We have no raze cities option turned on, so I suggest make peace to avoid Domination and go for the UN.
