Photoshop Experts Needed (Or People Good At Finding Things On The Internet)

I was wondering if any of you Photoshop whiz kids could make this image look un-crummy?

Or find a better one lurking somewhere on the web? It is a picture of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth of the United Kingdom.
