Picture uploading (Get ready to laugh)

I have been hear for over a year and i still don't know how to put a picture here. I know how to put a picture up from the net but not my own colection. I here of a upload database or something. Were might this be (Am i halucinating). I looked at the the FAQ and the Forum Rules. It doesn't say anything on the subject. Please help.

Now i cannot find my file. "#1person1" It should have been at the top of the list but it is nowhere to be found

Get ready for a super laugh, I knew about it, I cheked the FAQ, but never found it until some months ago, because it was down there and no one ever told me that was down there. So is not only my fault
