alright, hate to admit it but todays update will be cancelled, tomorrows however should be fine

for some reason the save file corrupted, thus almost destroying the British empire, however thanks to a backup save I have I dont have to write the last story about the Perisans developing nukes....

however the backup takes place 10 years ago, so I'll have to catch up, but when the war with Egypt is over I will begin the Persian war weither or not they do

alright, we're caught up almost, we should still probably fight the Persians

however we gained a new National Idea slot and any recomendations would be great, and also how do we get a monopoly?

To get a monopoly you need 5 or 6 active traders who are trade center. You can tell when you have your nation's shield in the uppermost tier for that center in the spot where only one shield is.

However other nation's merchants can knock out your own, and vice versa. Also it seems that others still trade there.

alright because we have 5, cant send anymore and Hamburg has beaten us to a monopoly twice, however I've kicked them out both times

and Persia seems to have learned their lesson and decided not to declare war

anyway.... who should we invade now? the Inca have become colonies for Aragon so thats off the table, and we're expanding towards the Aztec quickly as possible but thats still not a good idea
