pirates pillage without fighting? and another bug?

I dont know if this has been solved in 8.1, im playing 8.04 (just won a fey game with the altar). Pirates pillage your fishes without fighting your ships that are over it.

Also, kind of a bug: I had a fury level 9 and phoenix blood. I converted the fury to fay lord and she resurrected in capital because of phoenix then I could convert her again, so I have now 2 fay lords.

mmm... I had essus yes, and I constructed nox noctis, but I cant remember if it was before that. Anyways it has happened to me before. What has to do nox noctis here?

Nox Noctis makes your units invisible so pirates move through them.
