I might type dumb and act stupid...BUT I can tell when 2 people have made a game long deal to win together. My guess is domination victory by merging in a permanent alliance. I also guess you and grs made the deal shortly after Matrix got attacked.

From what I've heard, the original dopile was going to be on me. Grs stuck his neck out and refused to participate. I can hardly backstab him after he defended me like that.

It permanant alliance enabled? I didn't think it was not that it matters in this point in time. As for the 10 v 2 DaveMcW that comes down to the simple fact that while you were conquering your neighbours i was making friends with mine. As for BCLG grs if you check i gave him a lot more trades and help then you did.

Matrix/Meleager will have to tread very carefully, if he grabs too much territory he will be next on the dogpile list. Of course if Meleager doesn't return soon Matrix is probably doomed anyway (big name and all).
