It's simple economics. I pay all my income and Regentman's income to survive.

If you raze a city that makes 9gpt, I reduce the payment by 1gpt because I don't have the income.

If you kill RegentMan I reduce the payment by 5gpt because I don't have the income.

Of course I won't reduce payments to my current creditors, so continuing to fight will only reduce your eventual benefits of making peace with me.

It does not matter to me if my empire will be taken by DaveMcW or anyone else. I just think that either robboo has completely lost the overview of the war, since my towns are already falling and the rest will fall soon, whether DaveMcW attacks me or not or he is just toying with DaveMcW dropping all his loyalities...time will tell.

That would be what I was doing....

Turnabout is fair play. Dave tried to fracture our side with good offers. So I figured why not play his diplo-game. I honestly expected him to say "NO I wont attack RM or grs". But he didnt and that worked out pretty good for our side.

Also if Dave attacks you or RM...thats less troops the rest of my side would have to kill.

Heck I was even thinking about your deal dave..till the disloyalty to RM
