Pixelated Text

I installed Civ5 and all the text is pixelated. It's impossible to read anything. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix that or could guide me to a thread that has already dealt with this issue.

Your graphics card is too weak and too old.
If you give us your DXDiag file (what?), then we'll probably see that you have a Intel GMA 965 graphics card, which is well below the minimum specs.

Thanks. I might just try to replace my graphics card.
