"Plan C" - The Drive Towards Domination

I say go for it. Your plan displays a good balance of time vs need. If the Greeks decide to declare war themselves, Military will come up with a way to deal with any tanks they might build.

2 problems:

I'm siding with the science guys. It is vital that we have control of technology until the UN has been started.

Disbanding troops is not the way to go. We still need those troops for MP duty. Each one of them can be placed in an interior city for MP duty and will free up an infantry for work on the war frontier. (As long as we don't give anybody ROP access to our heartland!)

Throughout the game, Greece and us have been trading techs to other civs slowly. There hasn't even been much trading going on. Everyone except Greece and France are 5-7 techs behind Motorized Transport right now. We also need to increase our cash flow. I wouldn't mine if this were the only tech we traded for a while.

Further, as long as other countries are not disbanding their cavalry swarms, our horse still has plenty of targets to kill. And of course, if we conquer forty cities, those are forty more occupation units.
