Planes and missiles

Simple question just had my first game and made a few carriers then made tons of planes to go on em, but I cant get them to move out of the cities where I built them, same goes for missiles. Any suggestions?

Planes can rebase to other cities, airfields, or carriers by using the button to rebase (Shift-R is the shortcut).

For Cruise Missles and Tactical Nukes, you can move them just like normal units (they can't go on sea tiles), and you 'use' them by bombarding a target within it's range (shortcut: B).

For ICBMs, they can't move. They stay in the city they were built in, but can hit any target on the map. Use bombard (B) to hit that target.

if you have C3C, you can re-base the ICBMs if you need to (ie. city with ICBM is about to be taken over)
