Play By Cloud issues

We've been having problems with PBC games ever since the update Thursday - sporadically at first, we'd find we weren't able to log in to the 2K servers. Then, since some point in the day Friday, our PBC turns just don't show up in the list, even if the UI is saying we have turns available. (I see a empty screen where there would normally be a list of my 5-6 PBC games).

Just wanted to report this as I haven't seen it explicitly mentioned, in case it's not the same problem as the multiplayer issues mentioned here, that appears to be caused by extra load from the Epic giveaway.
 
Just want to second this.
I have several games going with a handful of friends and since thursday we encountered the same problems. For the first one or two days, we were able to get into the games after some attempts, but submitting the save to the one next-in-line took a lot of time (3-5 minutes) or never happened, prompting to exit and restart that save. Since yesterday though, our PBCs don't show up anymore in the lobby as if they are vanished.
Please FXs, fix this. Please don't break things on a regular basis, when you release a new update. Maya and Gran Colombia are nice for themselves, but the update all in all ain't so nice, when creating more possibilities to play comes along with diminishing existing possibilities...
 
Same issue. List is empty (Both "my games" and "open games" tab). Its so since Friday. Checked on monday, no change. Refresh button has no effect. I had 3 games pending for almost a year (eg.: GSNoMods).. Wouldnt like to lose them after a year of playing.
Edit: when entering through steam notification item an error diaolg appears.

Just wanted to add to this discussion that previous PBC lobbies I had open before the patch have gone completely missing after the update, they refuse to show up. If I go to create a new lobby, I get an error saying the lobby could not be initialized/created. This is with no mods/DLC/expansions even.

Luckily we weren't too far into the games that I had open in mine, but I do agree, would be nice to not have to set them up again haha.

Having the exact same problems, it's incredibly frustrating. One of my cloud games has been going on for over a year now, the fact that I can't even see it in the menu screen is very disconcerting.
 
Yeah, that definitely works. We've had to use it to fix some situations where a player got dropped or some such. 2K is aware of this issue, BTW, they tweeted about it and there's a thread over at 2K support forums. I'm surprised that nothing has changed in a week though...
 
It looks like Play by Cloud lobbies have re-appeared for me, perhaps they have finally turned the service back on!
 
Can confirm.
Cloudgames are up again and I am able to enter and submit my turn.
