Playable Byzantines in RFC 600AD

Is it this bit of code in the XML? If so, what do I do with it?

K so I deleted that line then I tried playing it: looks good - BUT

I played a few turns, went into WB (couldn't help meself hehe) and noticed the Dutch spawning and thought it was kinda weird that they were spawning so early.

THEN I realized that although the filesave says 610 AD, the actual date in-game at the beginning is 910 AD.

That sounds strange, the turn should be 182 in the WBsave. When I have played the civs have all spawned on the right date. Can you post the save?

Could this have something to do with Rhye changing the number of turns in each part of the game?
