Mostly I just edited the resource stuff.

I've made some minor changes to the Civpedia, (such as adding GDRs, and another unit, a skeleton FAQ, and Perfection's GDR post.) and messed a bit with the units.

Industrial: Swordsman with pistol and sword
Modern: Fancy Swordsman I originally gave you
