Teachers have got a nurse (2.0), and an Armed Worker already. The improvement to allow cities over size 12 is, IIRC, bonuses (implemented already). Or some building of that nature. Janitor needs to wait until Plot makes a good janitor worker for it.
What would the Cafeteria lady do though? And the secretary, that seems more of the worker type person, for they really don't do much in terms of discipline until High School. (then some of them are in charge of giving the kids notices of their ditching class)
Well, the caffeteria lady would give the kids food poisoning, what else?!! (maybe be a stealth-attack unit?)
Also here's a few Ideas I had that I think would be workable for the girls:
Instead of just giveing them a super-powerful government at the start, stick with Blissful anarchy, but give them an upgrade later (when, say Omegaism or Reb-olutionalry government would come into play) called Fem-Ocracy... This new government, in turn, would also allow another unique wonder (which would come in Middle School) called "The Clique" which will generate a powerful Girl unit (it sould be as powerful as the average Middle school Boy faction unit, but not too powerful) called "The Posse" (I WILL make a Munit for this, if someone would tell me how to make an Munit using SBB) every 5 turns to symbolize those groups of girls that start appearing in middle school where, if you are dumb enough to pick on one, you'll have the entire group shouting you down in no time flat (and they'll even call in reinforcements with their cell phones).
This unit, of course, will ONLY be available through said wonder... As for the Munit itself, I was thinking of making one using Yuffie, Rikku, the Female Sniper (or one of my other female modern units), and Rinoa Heartily, since (A) I already have all the units because I made them all and (b) they all use similar frame-rates and # of frames for their various animations.
This, combined with the Cootie Carrier early-game, and maybe 1 or 2 more units that fill some gaps in the girl unit line should be sufficient to add more flexibility to the Girls gameplay without making them TOO powerful.
I've been doing some more thinking and researcing, and here's what I can come up with for my faction (I'm not including Scott's unless you want an evil Start Trek faction to antagonize the GWC):
Traits: Religious and Scientific
Unique Techs: Female Nature and Legos!!!
The reason for giving my faction that particular base tech is 3-fold: First, I actually liked growing flowers, and even ordered a couple of the "tree and flower" packs for my lego town, so it would make sense that my faction could see flowers and trade them with the girls. Secondly, I'm a rather feminine guy, and that is partially due to the fact that I was cast out of all the boys' games on the playground in elementary school due to the fact that I was hugely uncoordinated and sucked at every sport and any team with me on it was guaranteed to lose... Therefore, I ended up playing hop-skotch and jump rope with the girls. Further reinforcing this was the fact that I wasn't afraid to associate with girls, even as early as 1st grade, and during middle and high school, I always had more female friends that guys as friends... Too bad I never could work up enough courage to ask any of the girls I liked out for a date, but oh, well. The down side of this was that I was called all sorts of things, and had all kinds of aspersions cast upon my sexual orientation, and even actual gender, but I was mature enough to realize that most of those guys were ignorant neanderthals who'd hopefully grow up someday.... Tirdly, due to factor 2, I had virtually no interest in sports, and my mom wouldn't allow me or my brother to get a nintendo, so it wouldn't make sense for my faction to have that available.
Also, Blissful Anarchy makes sense as a starting government, because my brother and I generally shared joint-leadership of our lego faction and its military, not to mention that due to growing up in the boonies, we both had an innate distrust for big government instilled at an early age. To prevent my faction from getting the late-game girl government, make Fem-ocracy and the tech for The Clique require a secondary girl unique tech (called Girls Only or something)... For my factions late-game gov, it would be True Democracy (which in the real world would be called Social-Democracy, but I grew up during the end of the Cold War, so anything that had a Socialistic label of any kind automatically = teh 3v1l)... I'll post stats later.... Basically it has low WW, communal corruption (since it is largely socialistic), trade bonus (maybe not, since that could make it too powerful), and similar unit support to the Epic Game's Republic.
Also, since my brother and I were (actually still are) environmentalists, any pollution-causing building should become obsolete with the Legos!!! unique tech, and we should be unable to build hospitals as well (population pollution) To kind of balance that out a bit, there should be some non-polluting production buildings that cost the same as the factories and assembly lines, but generate less production that are available via a unique tech that has mass production as a prereq....
As for the unit lineup, here goes:
Starting unit:
Forestman Warrior (Kinboat's Woodsman)
Transports: Lego Galleon (use the Firaxis one)
Ranged Combat unit: Lego Soldier (The Musketmen and/or Line Infantry from the Napoleonic conquest look almost EXACTLY like the soldiers from the Lego Pirates collection)
Naval Combat:
Lego Pirate Ship (Aaglo's Pirate Frigate)
4th Grade:
Lego Halberdier (CamJH's Legion of the Wall)
Nationalism:
Girl Soldier (My Lesalian mediator, new version... I actually have a couple of female soldier minifigure in my lego pirate/castle collection)... Stats should be 8, 5, 1 and cost the same as Horse's cavalry) I'm also leaving the "lego" part off the name, just in case you want to give that unit to the girls as well....
Military Training: Lego Musketeer (Use The Firaxis one... I was big into the 3 Musketeers, Robin Hood and the Black Arrow late in Elementary School) Should have similar stats to the Girl Infantry....
5th Grade:
Tomboy (my rendition of General Beatrix... maybe a potential shared unit with the girls... I happened to befriend a lot of tomboyish girls throughout my school carreer... My best female friend in middle and high school played in 3 sports and usually got the biggest deer of anyone in the school during hunting season

)
Archery:
Forestman Archer (Kinboat's Ranger)
Sword Fighting: Lego Knight (use Firaxis Crusader)
Military Specialization:
Lego Pirate (Sinbad by ED)
Special Forces:
Lego Pirate Captain (of course you know I was going to include Captain Jack Sparrow in here somewhere

).... This will be the most powerful non-GDR/AAV unit my faction has, and he, of course, will be amphibious
Armored Vehicles:
The Lego AAV (Aaglo's Ork Gun Trukk... I swear that thing looks almost exactly like one lego attack vehicle I made once, only red instead of black)
For civ cloring, some dark green color should do (unless it's already taken, then dark blue or some other blue color).
Cities:
Chambersburg
Mercersburg
Greencastle
Waynesboro
Mont Alto
Williamson
St. Thomas
Marks
Ft. Loudon
Upton
Shimptown
Claylick
Edenville
Marion
State Line
Shady Grove

Captain One-Eyed Willie (this lego pirate captain character of ours was named after the pirate captain in the movie "Goonies", not any other, um, nasty references)
Captain Long-John Silver (Yes, my brother and I read
Treasure Island as well)
Captain Hook (take a wild guess who THAT guy's supposed to be)
Robin Hood
Scientific Leaders:
Dr. Bones (my brother's nick)
Revots Ttocs (that guy was the class valedictorian)
Lindsey P.

He was the cheif science dude in our faction)
Elrond (yes, we had a forestman minifig to represent the great Elrond)
Lady Galadriel
Hope that's enough to work from...
