please delete or close

I tried to install Complete a couple of times, but it stops with "Error 1305.Error reading from file C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Civilation III Complete\Art\Flics\TO_D01.flc. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it." and gives me options to Retry and Cancel. If I hit Retry, it tries again for a minute and then gives me the same message. Should i find a copy of the file?

My disc had dirt on it. Sorry
