Hello!
Okay- I'm running Civ IV: BTS, purchased and installed as part of the "Complete" version. I've installed the 3.19 patch this evening but so far no luck with this particular little annoyance.
The game has been playing beautifully until this week, so perhaps I'm just a moron and I've overlooked something simple.
Here's the problem: let's say I have a bunch of cities all building different stuff and Ghandi or someone else and all their vassals decide to declare war and show up at my borders with about two hundred Calvary. So I need some military units fast. Normally, I'd just open up the domestic adviser window, select all my cities and purchase a fresh mechanical infantry for each one, all at once. Handy, right? Except now, for some inexplicable reason, two or three of my cities will not allow me to rush production or limit growth or.. well, anything for that matter from the domestic adviser screen.
I can click on those cities individually and do what I need to do, but I can no longer rely on a civilization wide control. Which is a pain in the butt.
Any ideas?
I appreciate your help!
