Please Help... Not starting...

I pre-loaded and tried to play after unlock.
After clicking "PLAY" button on steam, nothing happens.
H/W System meets requirement.
OS is Win7 x64 (not SP1).
Does anybody have same issue and solution?

EDIT) Solved after installing SP1 and manual execution of 2015 vc_redist.x64.
