It seems like nearly everyone has bugs (including me).

Vote no if:
-Black terrain
-Game crashes
-Other graphical glitches
-Other sound glitches
-Text glitches
- Installation Problem

Vote Yes if your game worked like CIV III, which means there were never any game-play related problems.

Lets see what % has problems. If it's above 25%, I think Firaxis and 2K Games has some explaining to do.

Theres no poll.... :p

Edit there it is! I voted yes. I did have the rendering problem, but now that I can launch I consider the game to be working very well. No other issues at all.

Yes there is, i just voted in it  .

I have sound glitches with the videos.

works here without crashing when im in windowed mode. voted yes.

radeon 9600 256 mb, catalyst 5.10
winxp no service packs :o

Works like a charm. The only issue I've noticed is that the Install CD is actually the Play CD. Not exactly a big deal. Other than that, so far it works remarkably well for an initial release...

So far I've had no problems with sound, video, or gameplay. Played it all week and enjoying it too.

Technically, I should probably have voted "no" - Civ IV doesn't work "the same as" Civ III did, it actually works better. I remember that Civ III (before the patches and expansions) actually had quite a few problems.

Hmm, my game works but has two obvious bugs:

Texture stretching on globe view - linked to AA settings
CPU hog during movies - usually fixed by Alt-tabbing away and back.

it runs for me, i do experience sound glitches like the opening screen with the fraxis logo. it always freezes for about 10 seconds and skip to the main menu. and the video and sound freezes during wonder movies.

Other than that, the game runs great for me.

I just get a black screen with music, right when it loads up.

Every other game works that I installed except civ4.

Tried it on my brothers computer and it works except the game froze after a few minutes.

Works great for me going on 4 days now and many many hours of play and not a single graphics glitch or CTD. But, I build my own gaming rigs, so, that's probably why, I don't use cheap chit like most store bought computers have, especially their mother boards.
