POLL: New Civs for NwT v.95 (part I)

I figured I'd toss in a couple-few new civs for at least the next couple versions of NwT since who knows when I'll actually be able to play Gold/Diamond, so I further figured I'd leave some of the new ones up for a vote!

Note that there are three parts to this poll, as for some lameass reason you can only put 25 options per poll and there's 67 options.
