A problem I have with the Communitu map is the fact it most often connects the main landmass to the ice cap.
Water between them would be better, at least to reduce the amount of ice.
It creates another problem of making the polar regions better than subpolar regions for settle. And a 1-tile water passage with only one side of land just sucks for war.

But that area would be mostly tundra, some water would hardly make it better than plains or grasslands.
 
Milae's Map, perfect aside from the tendency to bunch up all the mountains on one region
Tectonics-IV, usually makes great shapes but tends to bunch up civs in one island when there's plenty of vacant land on other places
