When green house effect begins to run rampant what is it that one should do to calm it down to acceptable levels. Solar plants, recycle, hydro(ponic) plants, or the utter annilation of all cities outside of ones own borders. Currently I am building a vast war machine of Battleships, Aegis, Nuclear subs, Bombers, Stealth Bombers, Fighters, Jet Fighters, Modern Armor, Tanks, Mechanized Infantry, and Radar Artillery. I believe that playing as the Chinese this little take over shouldn't be much of a problem.
The question is - if I completely destoy all cities except for mine on a huge map will the depletion of my ozone layer stop? :spear:

Well, welcome to cfc esorah!
Usually for global warming all i do is clean up pollution.
i dont really think there is anything else to do.

Well, that'll win you the game, so you won't have to worry about pollution.
Or, you could concentrate on just taking out civs who are in the industrial or modern era (the really backwards civs won't produce any pollution).

Pollution is worst in late-industrial and early-modern ages. Mass transit systems and recycling centers will reduce even the dirtiest cities to producing 2 pollution icons in the city screen. There is no way to get that down to zero as there was in Civ 2.
