This is quite ridiculous for us (Port ppl), but here it goes:

This is about a feeling that most portuguese (not me...) people has that "Port is so small and unrelevant" :rolleyes:

See, not only Bush, US and US-UK policies are criticized...
(in fact Port ppl and leaders are the most criticized, but most of them would require some knowledge...)
 
Portugal is a poor country (relatively, for Europe) so they have good newspapers.

A rich country like the US can't afford good newspapers, there are too many other things to do than read a newspaper. So we get the fishwrap available here.
