I really like this dude. Lot of good (free) info on his site.
I'm listening to some of his (also free) audio right now. I'm really enjoying it. I often prefer to listen than read (especially off a screen) it gets into me more.
This one (overcoming fear) was the one I was least interested in downloading but I had the feeling that I should. I'm listening to it now. Highly recommended.
Warning - The specific audio I linked to gets a little spirtual towards the end (he talks about Buddah a bit
) if that type of thing bugs you. Might still want to check it out though.
