It's been a while since I tried to mod sounds. Now that is is possible to add new tunes, I was wondering if it was possible to change a soundtrack for a civilization in-game.
In Civ4 soundtracks were tied to eras, so you could change era for a particular player to change both art and music (that's what FFH does). But Civ5 only changes track selection based on war versus peace. So I don't don't know if it is possible to change soundtrack for a game already in progress. Two possibilities I can think of:

- Direct DB change of Soundtrack in the Civilization table. This usually doesn't work due to dll caching. But it does for a few things. Has anyone tried it?
- New Events? Perhaps this is too much to ask for, but I wonder if there have been any new Events added for BNW or associated patches related to sound control? Many of these are two-way (meaning you can use them to both detect UI changes and to cause UI changes). But I don't know how to get a full list of Events that is current.
