I just ran into my first problem with powerbar3.09beta. I get a run script error 9. any idea what is wrong? it was working perfectly, then after 760AD It conched-out. i have civ3 1.29f.

keep up the good work.

Just a little bug report - if you change the turn indices (i.e. from 1 turn being 50 years to 1 turn being 20 years) in the PTW editor, it doesn't show up on the powerbar. Is it using it's own internal date system for that?

Just a quick update: I have completed my changes concerning the errors (overflow and subscript) plus some timing issues with the auto functions which should make PowerBar much more stable... now I just need to update the offsets for the new patch. Thanks again for all the positive feedback! :)

zulu9812 - yes, I am currently using the standard 'calendar' year settings internally. I'll add finding the scenario settings to my to do list so PB will stay synchronized with any user/scenario settings. Thanks for the post. :goodjob:

Ben E Gas - error 9 should be fixed with this next patch (although I rely on PB users to help me debug ;) ) The first post on this thread will have a link to the update when it comes out.

Can't wait SpiderZord... I've been lurking long enough, but have decided to commend your efforts. Excellent tool. Any chance it'll be done by Friday?

First of all, I love the power bar. It's a beautiful peice of work. But after playing on it awhile I get message saying " Run time error '9' Subscript out of range" I have tried it on all size maps and it does it on all of them, I even tried reloading it again and it does the same thing. What could this be? :crazyeye: I noticed I'm not the only one with this problem, but didn't see any reply, thnx.

Kilroy, from what I gather, the recent patch to PTW rendered the latest Powerbar disfunctional, with various runtime errors (for me it was #6). Apparently Spidey is working on a version that should be compatible with the new patch. I was hoping to see it this weekend but I guess not. If you really must play, try uninstalling and reinstalling without the latest PTW patch. If I've read correctly, it should work then...

Heh...maybe a new thread should be made for the next PowerBar version. For convinence purposes of course:goodjob: ;)

I'll be looking forward to this. PB has been a great "HELP-TOOL" for Civ3. I've not been on the site for a bit of a while. I'm happy that PB is still going stroung. I wish there was a PB for Civ 1; 2; and other MPS games. SpiderZord; thanks for the help you are being to all of us. You are a :king: .

Later;
