Indeed. Let's not get paranoid. It is the job of the game leaders and moderators of forums alone to check for this, to avoid panic. We have had a conversation in the staff forum about possible cheaters already, so it won't be easily possible for them to cheat. And there are very qualified people who can spot these things in an instant.

In line with the recent steps of C3B, it may be a good idea to review want we want to do regarding the Statue of Zeus.
First I thought we shouldn't tell C3B, but now that they proposed to talk about it, I think I changed my mind. They seem to be only interested in it to make sure that we don't build both the same wonder, and that is understandable. I think we should let our officials (i.e. Minister of Foreign Affairs, or Ambassador to C3B) look for an opportunity in the July 10th talks to tell them about our plans. We could for example wait untill we know what they are planning to build.
However, there is a danger involved. They proposed to talk about it, but I think that talks shouldn't start beforethe treaty (or Roadmap...) is signed. Otherwise they could, after they know our intentions, attack us anyway. So first we need to agree on the roadmap, which also means sending it to the game admin and all other things required for a treaty. After that we can talk about SoZ.
Tasks to be done:
-Ambassador (as long as EMP is absent it's the task of the Foreign Ministry)should notify C3B of our good intentions, but that we want to sign the treaty before starting to follow the points in the treaty.
-Minister of Foreign Affairs should, when agreed with C3B, send a treaty to the game admin, to make sure that both parties will follow the treaty.
-After that is completed the Ambassador C3B/MFA/President should start talks with C3B with the agenda as included in the treaty.
