Prio program to save "above normal" application priority

I found Prio at download.com and it seemed small, simple, and had favorable comments. I'm not sure that I've seen a lot of improvement over my typical Civ4 performance, but I know some of you have investigated the "priority" setting.

I'm still testing. Initially the scrolling ( I play pretty close in) seems slightly improved.

I have already discovered that Civ4 runs at Normal priority while in focus (tested it in windowed mode) and Below Normal priority while another program is in focus.

But for some people this program should help, especially when running some CPUs that are 1 or 2 years old now. It will just make everything else sluggish (if you're actually running anything else).
