problem adding promotions?

A couple of mod developers have run into problems with adding promotions. It seems that if you add promotions, the prereq tech's or prereq promo's may be added incorrectly. Please see here for more details.

Since Rhye's must have dozens of new promotions, has anybody noticed this problem? Maybe there is a workaround which is not well-known. Any information would be appreciated.

You should try RFC. It's a really nice mod to play, if not the best. And you'll be amazed to see all the new promotions it introduces !
