Problem when playing with some mods

I don't know why, but when I play with this mods strange things happen with my games. The problems are:
-My cities don't show citizens, defense points, religions or production.
-Other cities appear only with the name and a 2 crossed swords symbol in it. I can also see cities that are in areas that I have not explored.
-Luxury resources don't spawn in maps.
