Problem with BTS 3.19

Has anyone else had problems installing the BTS 3.19 patch? I downloaded it off of the Firaxis site, ran it, hit the install button when it got to that screen....and Nothing. Nothing else happens...no screen locking or odd graphics, no install progress bar....just nothing. I know this isn't a FFH issue, but the ONLY reason I'm downloading this patch is to play the new versions of FFH and Fall Further...

What version of Civ4 (Vanilla + BtS, Gold + BtS, Complete, Steam, D2D, et c.) do you have?

Vanilla + BTS, I'm running it off of the BTS DVD ROM right now. I've tried using the autoupdater and manually updating, and both give me the same problem. No error messages, just hit the Install button and watch the window vanish, with no further activity.

Strange. I would try re-downloading the manual patch, just to be sure it isn't corrupted. If that won't update correctly then I'd suggest reinstalling Civ4.

Ive heard about people having problems getting the download form take2's servers. You are probably better off downloading the patch from here (civfanatics) and installing it yourself rather than using the autoupdater.

I've downloaded patch 3.19 through this site, and got the same problem. I also got it off of the Firaxis website, and got the same problem. I also did the "look for updates" method, and got the same problem.

I've tried running as an admin as well, and that made no difference. I don't know what to doo to get this to work.

Uninstall and Reinstall Civ 4. Something deep in the bowels of the registry probably got corrupted or some-such other nonsense.
