Problem with loaded scenarios

I've uploaded 2 scenarios and unzipped them, put them in the right map. So everything there is fine.
But then when I try to load the scenario in civ 3 there is an error report : missing entry in text\pedialcons.txt: .... (then something else for the different scenarios) and he shuts down my game.
What should I do to be able to load the game without having this problem?

Each scenario/mod has it's own discussion thread. You should post the specific error messages there to hopefully get feedback from the creators.
