Problem with New Computer

Because i was able to prove the damage was in shipping they covered that too, I didn't even have to complain much. My sister had to get an RMA a little while ago but couldn't prove fault so she had to cover the shipping out, they covered the shipping back.

Okay. I don't think the problem was caused by shipping, but it was damaged prior to shipping. Would I be able to get them to cover it?

You have a chance, just make sure you don't take no for an answer. Point out that it was their fault, yadda yadda yadda....

They'll likely relent and let you get away without paying it, but if not, oh well it's a lesson learned.

I don't shop for computer stuff anywhere else online(unless newegg doesn't carry it, or amazon doesn't have it for cheaper, video games mostly).
