problem with online games

i try to play a game on miniclips or armor games or kongregate, ecetera and it works ok but part of the game is cut off by the background. The top and left edges show ok, but the bottom and right edges appear to be hidden as if the game screen is the wrong size.
here ill show you hwat i mean.

you can tell from the buttons and meters that are cut off, expecialy on the right of the screen. It is not as obvious but there is stuff that is cut off on the bottom as well.

how do i fix this? is there something i can download or some kind of setting that i can adjust?

i got internet explorer 8 and windows xp.

no this happens with alot of online games that i play,

what browser do you reccomend i try?
