Problems with Skell Jell's Civ III Modpack II

This thread is for me to ask you, the civfanatic, about possible solutions to problems I have with the scenarios Skell Jell put into his second modpack. Before we get started with our first problem scenario, keep in mind that the package came only with the BIQs in question, no other files. Near as I can tell the scenarios are supposed to use the art and text files that come with Civ III Conquests. That said, we start with 1 Mesopotamia ad.biq

You know, I'm cutting this short. The impression I'm getting is that the scenarios in Skell Jell's Civ III Mod Pack II were done for Civilization III Conquests (Windows), and so are incompatible with Civilization III Complete (Macintosh). If you happen to know where I can get Mac adapted versions, or how I could adapt them myself, drop a line in this thread. I can edit the PediaIcon.txt, it's how in each case that's puzzles me.
