Production

Now I saw that I had another city with 15 pop. and 100 in production.

my science has been up to 1216 beakers a turn in one city. to win in occ one usually needs 80 production a turn, and a high science rate. very high.

u guys are freaks, i thought i was good, coz i could tget one discovery a turn, and still het 200g a turn.

I love editing rules.txt
i 'even' things out, like making tundra actually worth being on.

Here's my updated stats WITHOUT editing rules.txt, unlike, "scorch".....

Normal city's science-just found out: 336

Best tax distribution (this is under fundamentalism):

around 2600 gold per turn, 3 turns per tech

population: 262 million. could've gone higher, but didn't beat the game too soon.

Most cities: 279

Earliest win around 2900 BC

Most percent: 508% on King

Most units: 279 mech infantry to defend my 279 cities, about 100 naval units, 150 ground units.

I've got a city on Warlord right now that if I were to turn it over to all science (I tested just to see) would have a science output of 1440 beakers. Phreow.

rules.txt is the best thing since vietnam.....
nah, i think they should change something on C3 so you can't edit it or sumthing, co zits cheating

Well scorch now that you've said that, you'll never get into the Hall of Fame.
Editing the game is certainly cheating

Has anyone else ever cheated for the other civs?

I had this great defensive city, so I gave them a whole army just north and saw what they could do, which didn't amount to very much.

I had a city with a sciense over 8000.

I would be willing to believe that (unless there is some game firewall against it) but I would be curious as to exactly HOW it was done. Hakan (I know I didn't spell it right; please accept my apologies), how did you get the science that high?

Production Hint: Have your Engineers turn the terrain to hills...it takes a while, but if you have four coal mines, that equals a lot of production.
