Program to open a certain extention.

I've been trying to look for "Rise of Nations" recorded games. I've found it online, but can't seem to open it because I don't have the right program. Can someone tell me which program I need to get to open this?

Yeah when you run the game recorded games will either be in a separate section or open them as if they were saved games.
