I hear there are utility programs that search for more users when downloading. No, I'm not talking about the one that comes with the program called "Speed up" or something.

The program I've heard of can find more than 100 users for one file, that's way more than that regular "Speed up" program.

Anyone know where I can download this?

Come on, some of you must have heard of this! Help me out here!

Well what version of K-Lite are you using? The recent versions (2.1 is current) comes with an "auto-search more" option which will help in your search.

However what you are talking about, I don't think it exists. You're saying that there is a program which can search all the servers and find about 100 of the same file from different users - that's not really possible or easy. A program like that would have to scan all the servers and user files quickly as well as thoroughly in order to give you results like this. And what if there just aren't that many people with the file?

The only similar thing that I am aware of that even comes close to what you are saying is "Speed Up" and the auto search more option. Speed Up goes through every file you are downloading and automatically makes each one search for more users that have the same download, thus helping to improve the speed of your download by adding more users from who you are downloading from.

Sorry if that doesn't help, but I have no knowledge of an additional program other than the ones that come with K-Lite.

There is however a registry key you can download that will make your files unlistable, but that's something else.

Are you talking of the program that will raise your score to 1000?

This is included automatically in the newest versions of Kazaa Lite. You don't need to use that program anymore because the newer versions automatically gives you 1000 participation level without ever having to load up that program again.

The only thing that does is allows you to have priority when you are in queue for downloads, and sometimes a more optimal bandwidth.

The program I think he means is kazap or something like that, and it's included in the latest versions of K++. I haven't noticed a huge difference though with this and the earlier 2.0x versions so maybe there is something else.
