Hello,
I have a question about the promotions. It might sound weird, but right now I am very confused with no access to the Worldbuilder.
If I have Flanking Promotions with <iWithdrawalChange>
Tier 1: 10
Tier 2: 15
Tier 3: 20
Would a Mountd unit with Flaning 3 have a withdrawl of 20% or is it a sum of them all? 45%?
Is it the same with City Raider? <iCityAttack> ? Does it change or does each tier just add up?
