A number of times, my vassal city states have been declared on my civs.
I'd expected this to give a CB to declare on the aggressor civ?
Seems only natural; that's how the typical feudal vassal<->suzerain relationship is interpreted to work in every other game I've played.
So what am I missing? Is there a late game tech that enables this CB?
If so, why's it late game?!?
If we're going to accept the contrivance that the vassal<->suzerain relationship with city states is available right from the get-go in 4000BC, surely the fundamental mechanics that go along with that relationship should be available too?
