PS4 Version of New Frontier Pass Not Working

I pre-ordered the New Frontier Pass yesterday and downloaded the first DLC Pack. So far, however, the NF Pass isn't showing up although Steam users are saying they have it and are sharing images. I've tried everything I can think of (restarting the game, checking for updates (still version 1.02), and examining the DLC section of the menu).

Has anyone else gotten their PS4 version of the Pass up and running yet, or does anyone know whether it's even activated yet on Firaxis' end?

UPDATE: The DLC apparently was activated by the latest update (version 1.03) which finally came through at around 1:45 EST.
