I go a lot to saunas or FKK beaches where everyone has to be nude and I can tell you: after a couple of minutes you are accustomed to the sight of naked people. There are no uncontrollable urges emerging (nor an unwanted physical reaction) seeing a sexy female, your stomach does not cramp if you see a fat, old or ugly person. You see them the way you would see people with clothes on. The period it takes until you are accustomed to the sight of naked people in public would imo be something like a couple of weeks.
Hygiene is an issue in kitchens and for waiters, of course and I would take my own towel to sit on with me like in the sauna but that´s it for me.

Hygiene would be a big issue. Have you seen how often people scratch? Clothes hold in more than just visual data.
