Canada and the Sioux reach a settlement to end the war between the two great American nations. In it the Sioux are forced to give up huge swaths of territory but the Sioux Chief has vowed vengeance upon the backstabbing Canadians. The Canadian Dictator however feels that the Sioux is not enough. The Canadians expand on their conquests by launching a raid deep into Winnebago territory drawing the attention of the troops stationed in the capital, word of this attack doesnt reach the troops on the front lines with Canada until Canadian troops swarm across the border. The Canadians are out manned but are much better trained and begin to slowly push the Winnebago troops back until Jonathan Shade can link up with the main body of Canadian troops. Upon seeing their leader, once again, unharmed after a daring raid the Canadians redouble their efforts pushing the lines back at a greater pace. The Canadians also order raids up and down the coast of Montagnais lands and loot and plunder the lightly defended costal towns. This, coupled with the invasion of their allies causes the Huron, Cree, and Montagnais to attack the aggressive Canadians. The Cree send their troops smashing into the fortifications and castles the Canadians erected after the last war and succeed in making their way through some of them. Only against the Huron do the Canadians fare with some success but the Huron, long prepared for another invasion fight doggedly for their homes and families. However, unexpectedly Jonathan Shade comes down with an illness and needs to be evacuated to Honduras for medical care. No one knows how this will impact the war effort, so far, not at all.
Relations between the Islamic Empire and Sinhala smooth over when Sinhala takes possession of the East African possessions of the Empire. Further Sinhala expands its colonies in Africa and Madagascar but this is met with increasing hostility by the natives there.
The Cossacks, bored from so much peace decide to send their troops into the barbarian land of the Goths. The Goths are unprepared for such and attack but the small numbers of Cossack troops are only able to grab small amounts of land, however casualties are light. The retreat of the Goths has them encroaching on the land of other tribes and this fuels resentment toward them. All of the tribes know the cause of the migration though and wonder if their lands will be the next to fall to a Cossack assault.
Islamic forces retreat from Tripoli ostensibly because of threats from Espania. This allows the troops in that campaign to be used in Judea to repel the Christian advance. This influx of troops allows the Islamic armies to retake Damascus but they fail to retake Jerusalem. Christian armies are fighting a losing battle there however. Their inferior training and numbers is slowly causing the upper hand to shift in the Muslims favor. The superior numbers that flow into age old battlefields is causing the Christian troops to doubt that they will ever win the war. Many feel that God may be on their side but that such a war isnt worth the high costs. This is both the cause of, and effect from the retreat of Christian troops in and around Mosul, and the utter destruction of Assyria. About half of the Assyrian army links up with the Byzantine army (1000 men) to continue the fight. South of Egypt the Islamic Kingdom of Makkura seeks to reunite the lands that were split when the Nubian Kingdom broke apart and fractured under various princes. The Islamic Prince seeing his brothers kingdom of Nobatia unable to look to its ally Egypt for support launches an invasion both as part of the spread of Islam and the death of Christianity. However, the other brother, King of Alwa, desires to prevent the spread of Islam (as he is a Christian allied with Axum) and attacks his Islamic brother. The Makkura Prince appeals to Mecca for aid in fighting a two front war with Christians and fears that the powerful Christian kingdom of Axum might be compelled to join in.
Vietnam, Geystral and the Jin all turn on their former ally of Kearasut in a dastardly sneak attack that sets the country reeling. The Jin and Geystral troops keep the main body of the resisting army occupied while the Vietnamese swoop in and seize the capital in a totally unexpected move. The Pacific Alliance views this with great trepidation however and no one knows quiet how they will react to this aggressive move by their enemies.

I'd like to see more hands on military instructions, simply saying attack the (insert country here) doesn't do me any good and from here on out i'll penalize people who do that. Don't get me wrong there are some of you who do fantastic, i'd just like it from everyone.
also keep in mind that when you build a wonder the 5/5 means that that is the last turn of construction, not that you get the benifits of it, you still need to complete the building, you get results once it's done, next turn
