Purchased DLC not showing up

I purchased the DLC, but Babylon is not showing up in game. When I right click Civ V on the steam list and look at the DLC screen it shows it as being downloaded/installed. Am I missing something?

I think I figured out the problem. I noticed my game version was still the old one, and tried restarting steam and once I did it started downloading a bunch of stuff so hopefully its in there.
