Put the smilies page link in Quick Answers

Instead of typing the smiley code every time you write a Quick Answer, why don't just put the smilies page link, like they do in another board *cough * Apolyton *cough*

Well the purpose of the QRB is to say stuff fast and thus use simple smilies such as and so forth for teh more complicated smilie such as for instance make a regular post it doesnt take that much time and eventually you will learn them...

That seems like a good idea, but I wouldn't use it much as I know how to type smilies that I use in quick reply.

Ya know, buddy, there's this nifty little button called "edit" it right up yonder there next to the quote button on your post... Anyway when you click it, you can "magically" can change what you said in your post, and when you're done it shows up and all your mistakes are gone!

There should be a link on the left side of the reply box that says 'Get Emoticons'. Click that and a small window will open that you can then click on the smilies to add them to your post.[dance]

It used to be like that, but not anymore.

I very rarely use Quick Reply, anyway. I never got in the habit of doing so.

Yep, I don't see it for Classic or Modern, didn't check the others.

It's in Mac OS X, but not in dark blue. Right under the "Your Reply:" part in the Mac OS X, there's a link that says "get smilies". Wish it was in every style...would save myself from mistypes.

Yeah - TF didn't change the MacOSX style he got from another place, so it has some things the other styles don't
