Not sure about the quest rewards for Gene Smelters? What was the hidden benefit of Nanopastures again? Which building quest had that 1000 Energy bonus?

Sorry for the offtopic, but how can Steam be unavailable? It's just an internet download, isn't it? Is it blocked by government or something? That sounds crazy.

Licensing issues. My understanding is vague at best, but from what I recall you need a license to sell your game to certain countries, and various government approval processes and such being as horrifyingly inconsistent across the world as they are, sometimes steam can't allow a game to be sold to certain countries.

That said, a lovely site for those afflicted by such, taken from another thread, is http://steamworkshopdownloader.com/. I use it when I want to download a mod or what have you without going through the steam nonsense, quite handy.
